6月28日，达州华康医院会议室掌声雷动，座无虚席，达州市隆重举行荣军优抚对象定点医院授牌签约仪式。随着市退役军人局党组书记、局长张旭将牌子递到达州华康医院院长李起的手中，达州市首家荣军优抚对象定点医院正式挂牌成立。

市民政局、卫健委、医保局以及各县（市、区）退役军人局等相关负责同志，驻达部队官兵、退役军人和其他优抚对象代表共同见证这一难忘时刻。

成立荣军优抚对象定点医院，旨在深入贯彻落实习近平总书记关于退役军人工作重要论述，支持国防和军队建设，服务部队官兵、广大退役军人和其他优抚对象，形成达州双拥工作特色文化，让军人成为全社会尊崇的职业，让退役军人成为全社会尊重的人。

荣军优抚对象定点医院设立了现役军人、退役军人、老八路等专属病房和专属床位，主要为现役军人及家属、退役军人和其他优抚对象减免医疗费用，提供健康体检、疾病诊断、康复训练、健康指导、精神慰藉、生活照料等服务。

在仪式上，张旭代表市退役军人局、李起代表达州华康医院进行签约。与会人员纷纷希望达州华康医院，进一步规范管理，提升医疗服务水平，细化服务措施，开辟绿色通道，为广大退役军人和其他优抚对象提供优质服务，采取多种措施降低退役军人和其他优抚对象自付医疗费用的比重和费用总额，切实把华康医院打造成现役军人、退役军人和其他优抚对象信任、满意的专属医院，让“荣军优抚对象定点医院”成为达州市双拥文化的特色品牌。

仪式结束后，大家参观了医院的医疗环境和硬件设施，从国家领导人题词、英模挂像……学习习近平强军思想，感受军民鱼水深情。达州华康医院把走廊打造成为国防教育的新阵地，充分体现了军的特色和军的文化。
